The book "Up" is an author's book that was created as my final (Klauzura) project for the summer semester of 2024. It is a picture book intended for younger school children. The story of the book is set in autumn country side. The local small town helds a competition for the most beautiful handmade paper kite that must fly well and the main character, Standa, doesn’t have as good conditions for handcrafting a kite as his friend, the secondary character Bertík.
