The topic of my bachelor work concerns a problem of the historic part my hometown Kladno. During the second half of the 20th century historical center was significantly changed. Due to the socialist vision, part of the historic center irrevocably disappeared and after the Velvet Revolution no one tried to preserve and reconstruct the rest of the historic center. I want to draw attention to the problem. I made the publication a bit like a tourist guide and I also created a map with a route, so a reader has the opportunity to walk the route himself and see the historical structures.
