Glass cup

When I started to experimenting with handmade paper I discover its specific visual characteristics. These leaded me to create an 3D object. Structure of the paper print adds kind of „alabaster“ impression to the glass frit. Shape of the lower part it´s made by melting the glass as I used a technique where you put still warm glass panes to the form. Combination of the paper with alabaster structure and smooth glass makes expression of harmony. This sensation can be raised by pouring your favorite drink into this glass cup.
