The desk CATUNI was designed and realized as a bachelor thesis. It is a desk that hides a secret. Secrets in the form of secret drawers in which the user can store his valuables, secret documents, money, weapons, or whatever he sees fit. It also contains two visible drawers to support the illusion that there are no more storage spaces in it. The desk is designed primarily for residential interiors. It is made of solid oak wood in combination with ash wood. Although it gives a subtle impression the desk is rigid and stable.
