Quadra – Switches and sockets set

The Quadra set of switches and sockets explores the interplay of light and shadow through a sculptural surface. A circular relief, divided into four smoothly transitioning segments, allows for various visual and tactile combinations ideal for grouping multiple switches and aiding memory or touch-based orientation. This makes the design suitable for people with visual impairments. Inspired by metro tiles, the functional switches were developed in collaboration with ABB.
