Tapestry

A fashion collection with an original tapestry created at the Moravian Tapestry Manufactory in Valašské Meziříčí opens new perspectives on three fields: clothing – textile art – space. The aim is to explore new ways of their expression and connection. It highlights the rich but little-known history of tapestry in the Czech lands and seeks to preserve the tradition. In the 21st century, some crafts are declining or no longer seen as artistic by society.
