Desiderium

Desiderium is a set of decorative objects which appear to be damaged, injured and falling apart. It is inspired by intense suffering, despair and grief over something lost. The deformed objects were formed by hand using glassblowing. Other features were achieved using coldworking techniques and sandblasting. The objects' surface is hand painted with black glass paint. The structures covering the objects were made by the adding of various items dipped in glass paint prior to firing.
