Trabice
set of plates for experiential tasting gastronomy
Using the plates for tasting gastronomy, I tried to approach and point out the problem of mining in the Czech Central Highlands Protected Landscape Area, specifically on Mount Trabice. Each of the three plates takes the form of the contours of a particular year and thus maps the dramatic transformation of the mountain. The plates can be used on both sides, the convex side is more suitable for soups and sauces, the other concave side is for desserts and solid dishes.
