Ergonomic chair made of bent steel, upholstered in leather
The diploma project—a design for a lounge chair—combines an original minimalist frame made of bent bead-blasted stainless steel (treated to resist fingerprints) with an ergonomic seating component formed by a combination of firm and elastic straps, PUR foams, and rubber webbing, all arranged to support the natural curvature of the spine. The individually shaped layers ensure maximum comfort. The upper part is covered with leather and connected using OKE elements. The design is characterized by clean geometric forms, spatial lightness, functionality, quality natural materials and durability.
