A Sports Aid from the Perspective of Ergonomics and Sustainability
The project focuses on the design of a weighted vest for athletes, particularly women, adolescent athletes, and individuals of smaller stature. The product is designed to allow full and comfortable movement during training. The vest offers adjustable weight ranging from 2 kg to 5 kg, enabling customization to the user’s individual needs. The weight material is sourced from recycled wheel balancing weights, supporting ecological sustainability. The design is based not only on personal training experience but also on feedback from professional athletes across various sports.
