Inspired by superficial signs of power and ego that conceal true vulnerability. The object physically and symbolically lifts the figure but is fragile and easily broken. It stems from a video performance about social collapse, war, and ego, exploring homelessness, power, and identity loss. The black “glass” suitcase, inspired by the nuclear “Nuclear Football,” symbolizes the illusion of control. The performer sheds layers of luxury, confronts vulnerability, and breaks the object meant to protect them.
