As I read more Italian poems, I could sense a strong relationship between the melody and the rhythm of words. In this collection of Italian poems, I tried to visualize the poems in another light. I invited my Italian classmates to read the poems, to find the commonness in stress, pause, tone and coherence. The readers could use their eyes to ‘see’ the sound that could only have been heard originally. My page layout is embodied in different tonal visual languages, and the foam clay is used as a correspondence to reflect the free aspect of musical propagation.
